What time can I pick up my order? 

Pickups are done between 11-2pm

How many logs fit in one box?

If you select two logs, they will be paired in the same box unless specified in the “instructions to seller” box at checkout. Please make sure to let us know if you prefer them in separate boxes

 

When is your next delivery? 

You can select our next availability at checkout! 

 

What method of payment can be used?

All payments must be made through the website

 

Do the biscotti need to be refrigerated? 

No they do not! To keep them fresh, we suggest keeping them sealed or in its box, however, some specialty flavours do require to be refrigerated. 

 

How long do the biscotti last? 

Our biscotti can last up to a week! You can warm them up in the oven or the microwave for extra chewiness! 

 

Are they hard biscotti or chewy? 

All of our biscottis are soft and chewy!

 

Can we freeze the biscotti?

Absolutely! You can freeze them for up to a month, We suggest taking them out the day before serving, and warming them up in the oven for 5 minutes at 350.

 

How many days in advance should I place my order? 

The day you select at checkout is the day your order will be delivered, its also the day your order will be ready for pickup.

 

Can you add a personal message on the box? 

Of course! Just let us know what you would like written in the special instructions to seller section of the checkout and we will attach the card to your order! 

 

Do all the biscotti have Nutella in them? 

Yes! All of our biscottis are filled with Nutella.
